NAKA Joins in Abe Protest at the Capitol

» View News & Updates List

NAKA joined thousands of protesters -- Koreans, Chinese, Okinawans, Americans -- on the U.S. Capitol grounds on April 26 and 27 in protest of Japanese Prime Minister Abe´s speech at the U.S. Congress, devoid of honest apology of Japan´s WW II war crimes, including the sex slave system ("comfort women" issue).

Congressmen Mike Honda and Steve Israel escorted Ms. Lee Yong Soo, a former Korean "comfort woman" (Japanese WW II military sex slave), to Prime Minister Abe´s address to the joint session of US Congress on April 27, 2015.
