NAKA Elects New President

The NAKA National Board of Trustees met on October 27, 2018 at the NAKA national office, and elected H.K. Suh as its new President.

H.K. Suh of Washington, DC, has served NAKA for more than 15 years, as Secretary General and most recently as Vice President.

A graduate of Columbia University, he has background in journalism and community organizing, with experiences in publishing, nonprofit management,and legislative advocacy. He was a founding member of the Young Korean American Service and Education Center in New York City and executive director of the Korea Information and Resource Center in Washington, DC.

He has written and spoke extensively about Korea policy and peace/security issues, and is the editor of Korea Report, a news analysis blog.
