House Resolution on "Comfort Women"

» View News & Updates List

Dear Friends,

Recently, Rep. Honda (Cal.) introduced a House Resolution 121, urging Japan to offer a sincere apology and redress for the women victims of the Japanese military sexual slavery system during WW II (a.k.a. "comfort women"). Most of the victims were young Korean women, numbering some 200,000. They are still seeking full justice from Japan.

We should support this important resolution, and urge you to contact your House Rep. to co-sponsor or support this resolution. For more info on the resolution and hearing, visit Rep. Honda´s website. (www.house.gov)

Thanks,
